Room details, rates, facilities, dining information, event information and other hotel content are presented to help you plan your visit. Current availability and confirmed service details take priority where information changes.
Reservations and payments
Website reservations are confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements and verified full online payment are completed. A room or event request is not confirmed merely because a form has been submitted.
Changes and cancellations
Any change, cancellation or refund is subject to the policy presented and accepted for the relevant reservation. Availability and rate differences may apply to requested changes.

Hotel stay information
Check-out
Standard check-out is 12:00 PM (hotel local time).
Late check-out
Late check-out requires hotel approval and availability. If approved, a surcharge of 50% of the applicable booked nightly room rate applies for each room extended. Contact reception for approval and payment instructions. A request alone does not extend your stay or charge your card.
Cash and valuables
Please speak with reception about safekeeping arrangements for cash and valuables.
Room information
Published room descriptions and rates may be reviewed periodically; the price agreed for an existing confirmed booking remains recorded.
